Chef Frank Stitt

Frank Stitt is the much celebrated chef of Birmingham.

He is the owner and executive chef of Highlands Bar and Grill, Bottega Restaurant, and Chez Fonfon, all located in the Southside in and around the Highland Avenue.

Stitt's 2004 book "Southern Table" is a best seller and his recipes have inspired a renewed enthusiam in locally grown southern food with European accents.
